Wholesale Order Form
I am selling my end of line stock of wholesale cushion panels as basic DIY kits (printed canvas panel + needles + instructions) at below cost price to make room for my new projects.
In this offer, kits will be sold in boxes of 50 units, at a cost of just £5 per kit/unit – that is £250 per box of 50.
There will be an international delivery cost of £60 per box. I do not charge VAT so no additional amounts are payable to me above those prices, though you will be responsible for any import tax/duty applied by your country’s Government when the box arrives.
Delivery to the UK is £20 per box of 50.
You may mix any available designs to make up a full box of 50 units, but orders for any total quantity other than 50 units will not be accepted.
Should you wish to order multiple boxes (i.e. 100, 150 units, etc.) then please place a separate order for each batch of 50. Each box will be packed and delivered separately. I am unable to combine postage for multiple boxes.
Payment will be taken with your order (credit card, debit card or PayPal).
These kits are only available while stocks last and will not be repeated. Kits are made to order and all sales are final.
To order, please fill in the quantities you would like of each design in the list below and then click the "Add All To Cart" button at the bottom of the page once you have reached a total of 50 units (£250). The form keeps a running total at the bottom of the page as you change the quantities, so you can keep track as you go along.
I will make up and despatch kits within two weeks where possible and I will email to let you know when your order is on its way and provide you with a tracking number. Delivery will be made to the address supplied with your order unless you tell me otherwise in writing within 24 hours of placing your order. If you pay by PayPal then your address will be supplied automatically so please double check that it is the right one!

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THESE ARE NOT PACKAGED IN THE SAME WAY AS MY FULL, STAND-ALONE KITS. THEY CONTAIN A PRINTED CANVAS CUSHION PANEL, NEEDLES AND INSTRUCTIONS ONLY – FLOSS AND COLOUR CHART ARE NOT INCLUDED. CUSTOMERS CAN CHOOSE THEIR OWN COLOURS AND CONFIGURATIONS BY USING FLOSS FROM THEIR STASH OR BUYING IT FROM YOU SEPARATELY (5-6 skeins of stranded cotton floss are enough to complete each design).
